Installation and Upgrade • Zimbra 8.8.15 to Zimbra 10.1 Upgrade

I am running Zimbra 8.8.15 (FOSS) on ubuntu 20.

My first question is, if i upgrade OS ubuntu 20 to 22. will it affect Zimbra 8.8.15?

Second Question is, if I want to update 8.8.15(FOSS) to 10.1 (Free FOSS https://techfiles.online/zimbra/) then can i do direct upgrade from 8.8.15 to 10.1? or should it be upgrade to 9 then 10.1?
