I just upgraded to 10.0.6 and I still can't connect Nine via activesync to Zimbra. But checking the sync.log I see this message
Now that Device was removed by the user, via the mail client. But in the Zimbra Admin|Configure|Global Settings|Mobile interface you can still see it. When you try to remove it there, it just says "Waiting for Device".
So I'm thinking this device is in some kind of Limbo on Zimbra. I've looked into removing it via the CLI, The only thing I found was a SOAP command, and that did not work.
https://wiki.zimbra.com/wiki/Remove_a_m ... _using_CLI
I get this message when I run the command: <RemoveDeviceResponse xmlns="urn:zimbraAdmin"/>
and the device is still listed.
Does anyone know the proper way to remove devices through the CLI?
Thanks
